National Nacho Day

National Nacho Day, is that really a thing? Who am I to argue? Eat them one-handed, two fingered, with a fork, or whatever, except chopsticks may not work too well.

Their versatility is amazing. The two things necessary are the corn chips and the cheese. Are you a grated cheese type of of person, or the ooey gooey cheese type?

I would say my favorite are the movie theater nachos with jalapenos, although I do not eat the jalapenos. Just needed the spice right there. For me, the Taco Bell Nacho del Grande is a bit too mushy.

So why all this talk of nachos? Because eating nachos while you work on your new website is the best thing ever! And if you're happy, then your website will be happy.
