Dana Castagnetta, M.A.
Dana joined the Happ Medical Spine Team bringing a unique perspective as one who has undergone a global spinal fusion. She has first-hand experience managing chronic pain, yet living a very full life. Dana is passionate about helping others overcome obstacles and living an abundant life.

Peter Pabalan
Peter started his medical device career in 1998. Married with a 6-year-old daughter, Peter enjoys playing rock, blues, bluegrass, country, and jazz with his 5 & 6 string electric violins.
Franc Happ
Franc entered the medical sales arena in 2004, departing a Sr. Contracts position in the corporate world. Seeing an opportunity to grow his business, he established Happ Medical in 2008. In the past five years Franc has developed additional sales through a growing group of independent sales reps throughout the continental U.S. and Hawaii. After incorporating, Franc established HMSpine, a division of Happ Medical, Inc., with Dana Castagnetta and Peter Pabalan.

Ramon Pabalan, M.D.
Ramon Pabalan, M.D., has attained board certification in family practice as well as emergency medicine. He is a consultant with HMSpine, bringing years of experience with multiple hospital systems as well as private physician contractors.
