MORNING ARRIVAL AND PROCEDURE

For the children’s safety, the school has established an orderly traffic pattern for the Terracina Drive parking lot. All cars enter the parking lot through the east driveway from Terracina Drive and exit through the west driveway. Some of the ASCA staff will be outside to greet your child and escort him into the school.

• School begins at 8:00 a.m.

• Students may arrive on campus as early as 7:00 a.m.

• Students arriving before 7:40 a.m. will be signed into Early Bird Care at $7.00 per hour, accrued in 15 minute increments.

 

AFTERNOON DEPARTURE

Afternoon dismissal begins at 3:00 p.m. Drivers entering the Terracina Drive parking lot at 3:00 p.m. should drive up to the curb where the students and teachers are waiting. Your child’s teacher will bring him or her to your vehicle where you may then greet each other. Should you wish to speak to your child’s teacher to discuss any issues or progress, please park your car, exit the vehicle, and wait until the teacher has a free moment (usually not until 3:15 p.m.).

If children are not picked up by 3:15 p.m., they will be signed into the After School Enrichment Program at the regular rate of $7.00 per hour, accrued in 15 minute increments. After School Enrichment is available until 6:00 p.m.

Parents should regularly check their child’s classroom and folders for homework, notices, completed work, etc.
