Work Samples

There are four ways to turn in your child’s samples: Choose which is best for you.

1. Scan and file share them through your student’s account in the OLS.

2. Scan and email them to me through your personal email account.

3. Bring them to our parent conference

4. Send them via snail mail. THIS IS MY PREFERRED METHOD: My address is

Please include 1 Math, 1 Language Arts, 1 History, and 1 Science samples. Please make sure each sample has your child’s first and last name, date completed, Unit and Lesson Number in the top Right Hand corner of each page.
