G-Suite is here

CAVA now has G-Suite for students and teachers. This is very new for all of us, so please be patient as we go through this process.

Students do not have access to the email functionality, but they will be using it to work on documents and assignments as they did last semester. All of last semester's papers will still be available.

Student folders that contained sensitive documents such as Individual Learning Plans and i-ready test results will be moved to the new location. These will be reshared with you. All previous Google Docs links will work no longer.

Let's remember by using G-Suite, your student will be learning skills they can use in Higher Learning and on the job as they will be using the same tools adults use in real-world applications.

I will be sending out your student's G-Suite account username and password in a separate email.

Please make sure your student can log into their accounts. They will need to log in when we use Google Docs and completing class assignments in class connect.
